Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of firmsubscribe.com (the “Website”) and all lessons, subscriptions, live classes and learning materials offered through it (the “Services”). The Website and Services are operated by MR PROKEY LTD, a company registered in united kingdom (“Firm Subscribe”, “we”, “us” or “our”).

By creating an account, making a purchase or using the Website, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Website or Services.

1. Our Services

Firm Subscribe provides online education in Moroccan Arabic (Darija). Depending on the plan you choose, the Services may include:

  • Recorded video lessons
  • Live online classes held over [Zoom / Google Meet / other]
  • Downloadable learning materials, such as PDF lessons and worksheets

Each plan’s content, price and duration are described on its page before you buy.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to buy Services or create an account. Learners under 18 may take part only if a parent or guardian makes the purchase and agrees to these Terms on their behalf.

3. Your Account

You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for all activity on your account. Your account is for your personal use only and must not be shared. Please tell us immediately at support@firmsubscribe.com if you believe someone has used your account without permission.

4. Prices and Payment

  • All prices are shown in [currency] and include any applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
  • Payment is taken at the time of purchase through our secure payment provider. We do not store your full card details.
  • We may change prices from time to time. Any change will not affect a purchase you have already made.

5. Subscriptions and Cancellation

  • If you buy a subscription, it renews automatically at the end of each billing period ([monthly / yearly]) at the price shown at the time you signed up, until you cancel.
  • You can cancel at any time from your account page or by emailing support@firmsubscribe.com. Cancellation stops future payments. You keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for.
  • We will remind you by email before any yearly renewal.

6. Live Classes

  • Class times are shown in [time zone] and are confirmed by email after booking.
  • If you cannot attend, please tell us at least [24] hours in advance and we will try to offer another time. Classes missed without notice may not be rescheduled.
  • If we need to cancel or move a class, we will offer a new time or a refund for that class.

7. Refunds

  • Within 7 days of purchase, you can request a full refund if you have attended no more than one live class and have not downloaded the course materials.
  • After 7 days, or once you have used more than this, payments are non-refundable, except where the law requires otherwise or where we fail to provide the Services as described.
  • To request a refund, email support@firmsubscribe.com with your name and order details. Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method within [5-10] business days.
  • If you live in the UK or EU, you may have additional legal cancellation rights. Nothing in these Terms affects those rights. 

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the Website, including videos, live sessions, PDFs, text, graphics and branding, is owned by or licensed to MR PROKEY LTD and is protected by copyright law. You receive a personal, non-transferable licence to use the materials for your own learning. You may not copy, record, share, resell or publish any materials without our written permission.

9. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Share your account or course materials with others
  • Record live classes without permission
  • Behave abusively toward teachers or other students
  • Upload or share illegal, harmful or offensive content
  • Interfere with the security or operation of the Website

10. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or close your account if you seriously or repeatedly break these Terms. Where we close an account without a breach on your part, we will refund any unused part of what you have paid.

11. Results and Liability

We work hard to provide high-quality lessons, but language progress depends on each learner’s effort, so we cannot guarantee specific results. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid for the Services in question. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new “Last updated” date. Significant changes will be emailed to active subscribers.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory laws of the country where you live.
